Confirm It's the Pump Before You Order One

Keurig doesn't sell a replacement pump through its own parts store, which makes this repair look more intimidating than it actually is. Step 1: Access the Interior

When Pump Replacement Isn't the Fix

Airlock reintroduced during install: disconnecting and reconnecting tubing traps air in the lines. Run several water-only cycles in a row -- airlocks typically clear within 3-5 cycles once the new pump is running.

Needle clog, not pump failure: a fully or partially blocked needle produces the same "runs but nothing comes out" symptom as a failed pump. If the pump hums normally and shows no leaks, check the clogged needle guide before assuming the new pump didn't fix anything.
